Het Willet Holthuysen Museum

During the 19th century, various Amsterdam citizens bequeathed their art collections to the city. The Museum Willet-Holthuysen is a fine example of such a bequest. Together with the collection of the Amsterdam Historical Museum, this museum is a good reflection of the city's art treasures.
