At the Ambassade Hotel breakfast is served in the magnificent breakfast room, which overlooks the Herengracht. Here you can start your day in a pleasant and relaxed way. On weekdays breakfast is served between 7 AM and 11 AM, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 7 AM and 11.30 AM. Our traditional Dutch breakfast is served at your table and consists of the following items:

• Coffee, tea or hot chocolate
• A variety of bread rolls, croissants, Dutch rusk, crisp bread and rice wafers
• Tiny pancakes with powdered sugar and syrup
• Pastries, muffins, breakfast cake
• A variety of marmalades and jams, honey, peanut butter, chocolates sprinkles, chocolates flakes and coloured aniseed confits
• Dutch and French cheeses, breakfast cold cuts
• Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried eggs, eggs and bacon, poached eggs, eggs on toast 
• Smoked salmon, smoked halibut and smoked trout
• Cornflakes, muesli, cruesli, various types of milk products
• Orange juice, grapefruit juice, tomato juice, multi-fruit juice
• Fresh fruit salad, a large variety of fresh fruit
• Tomato and mozzarella salad, tomato, cucumber
• Champagne 

The price of this extensive Dutch breakfast is 17,50 € per person (children up to 12 years of age € 8,75). Naturally, you may also have your breakfast served in the room. Service charge is € 5,00 per room.

It is also possible to pamper yourself with a “Champagne breakfast” in your room. This breakfast is delivered between 07.00 and 12.00 and consists of the following items:

• a glass of rosé Champagne
• Freshly squeezed orange juice, grapefruit juice or tomato juice
• Coffee, tea or hot chocolate
• Smoked salmon served with dill
• Dutch cheese, French cheese and breakfast cold cuts
• a variety of bread rolls, sweet rolls and croissants
• Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried eggs, eggs and bacon, poached eggs, eggs on toast
• Fresh fruit salad
• Pastries

The price of this festive Champagne breakfast is 23,50 € per person.
